S Teams is one of the most important application in Microsoft 365 Suite, we are getting more and more involved with MS Teams.
I would like to share a very useful Tip - Sync Teams Files to Windows Explorer. this could be done in very limited steps

Teams Adoption is very important to drive a new age of communication and collaboration in your organization.

1 - Go to the Teams > Select the Channel under it.

In case you have Files already in this channel, skip Step 2.

2 - Now Go to the Files > Click the down arrow under its & Select Folder.

Now, we need to create a folder as per your own understanding, Or you can directly create files under it.

3 -  Type a name for your New Folder .

Lets create a test word file, to check the synced folder to your local computer.

4 - Create a Test Word Document, click the drop-down under New Option.

if you need to see this file section in SharePoint for that you can click on Open in SharePoint.
This would open a new tab and you can sign in to your account and it would redirect to the page.
